In our college, students from different walk of life get admission. Students often find difficulty in communication. Therefore, student who are advance in learning are dealt in a way different from low learners. It is done to avoid inferiority complex being developed in the mind set of students.

Usually when class tests are done, students who are low learners in comparison with advanced learners are found out. Without aggravating the practical difficulties of low learners, they are called separately to staff room by the concerned course teacher to know the practical difficulties they face while answering exam questions. After studying their problems, they are given special care to make them come out of shackles they feel bound by themselves.   The efforts to bring low learners with advanced learners, no stone will be kept unturned.

Performance appraisal of teaching staff

The self-appraisal of the teaching staff is done in four stages

Firstly, the evaluation is done the concerned teacher by submitting a report as to the performance level of students in his/her subject

Secondly, the principal of the college examines the report submitted by the individual teacher and passes his remarks on it and refers it college subcommittee.

Thirdly, the subcommittee of the college examines it and passes its remarks and sends it to the management.

Fourthly, it is examined by the management and passes its final remark and directs the concerned teacher to follow it in coming semester.
