FROM THE DESK OF THE PRINCIPAL OF MES LAW COLLEGE 

M E S law college was established in 1974 having an Endeavour to provide law education in an area in which people could not raise their voice against suppression & oppression on them due to lack of legal knowledge.  The law institution had commenced its movement from the academic year 1974-75 with a minimum student of 25. The law institution swayed its strength by leaps and bounds every year purely by way of impartation of quality education.

The law institution has got acclaim in this part as rank getting institution. At it’s incept this institution was affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad. In 2009, it got affiliated newly established Karnataka state law university. The institution has independent building with all modern equipments & space required for qualitative law teaching. 

The institution has separate ladies’ hostel, moot court hall, function hall, sports room, ladies room, reading room with electronic system having linked to internet connectivity and vehicle parking facilities.  

The institution has qualified staffs that are ever eager to render dedicated teaching service to the students & to make them skilled with acumen ship needed for every learner of law. 

The institution is always a step ahead to explore novel path in the course of legal students & to provide ample opportunities to the learner of law to face any challenge thrown at them in future.
